Vize Camera
In 2014, I began designing and filing provisional patent applications for a virtual reality camera that could mimic the human eyes.
The camera uses two ultra-wide-angle fisheye lenses to capture live video footage, which is then dewarped in real-time to create a seamless panoramic image. The software then triangulates on a focal point and generates a 3D image that can be viewed through a VR headset.
Although I eventually decided to abandon my patent applications in order to focus on other projects in 2016, the Vize Camera project laid the foundation for my career in technology.
